Due Diligence Audits
Main Activities
- Performance of active/passive due diligence audits, evaluation of business activities and/or companies for different branches and business sectors
- Technical review of contracts, adjustment of technical findings in investment and financial programs, e.g. non-compliance issues related to known or suspected contaminations of soil and/or groundwater, major investments anticipated to fulfill legal requirements/ industry standards
- Environmental impact assessment, identify past and current areas of environmental significance and potential liabilities associated with the sites
- Chemical release scenarios and consequence analysis, assessment of emissions to air/water, inventory control (materials and waste)
- Monitoring of project implementation (best industry practices, cleaner production and eco-efficiency), energy and resource saving programs
- Post-merger negotiations and follow-up of activities related to transaction agreements
- Present findings at various investment review meetings, management board presentations
